Epic Rap Battle Parodies is a rap battle by Justin Buckner, Nathan Provost, and Zander Kanack. It was started back in December, 16th, 2012, after Nathan and Justin decided to work together to make rap battles. Eventually, Zander became the editor. History
The two co-creators named Nathan Provost and Justin Buckner create the YouTube rap battle channel on December 16, 2012. Later on December 23, 2012, their made the first rap battle named Vault Boy vs Cole Phelps, The battle features L.A. Noire protagonist Cole Phelps battling Fallout mascot Vault Boy. After they made all season 1 rap battles, They made a season 1 finale named James Bond vs Austin Powers, The battle features famous spy James Bond rap battling against comedic spy Austin Powers.
After the first season ended, They made a first rap battle of the second season named Nathan vs Justin, The battle features the creators of Epic Rap Battle Parodies Justin Buckner and Nathan Provost which who made the series. When the second season still working, They made the sequel of the first rap of the first season named Vault Boy vs Cole Phelps 2, The battle features rematch of L.A. Noire protagonist Cole Phelps battling Fallout mascot Vault Boy. After they made all season 2 rap battles, They made the second season finale named VGRB vs ERBParodies, which the battle features very popular VGRB battling against the two creators of Epic Rap Battle Parodies, Justin Buckner and Nathan Provost.
After the second season ended, They made a first rap battle of the third season named Gabe Newell vs Shigeru Miyamoto, The battle features the father of Nintendo Shigeru Miyamoto battling against the father of Valve Corporation Gabe Newell. When the third season was working, They made a shoutout of the series for the idea. After that, they made a sequel of Harry Styles vs Paul McCartney, The Beatles vs One Direction. After they made all season 3 rap battles, They made a season 3 finale named Eyeless Jack vs Laughing Jack.
After the third season ended, They made a first rap battle of the fourth season named Drake & Josh vs The Blues Brothers, The battle features two Nickelodeon stars Drake Bell & Josh Peck battling against The Blues Brothers to see which duo is better. After that, they made all episodes of the fourth season every other friday.
